Emapta was founded by its CEO Tim Vorbach in 2010, in response to not being able to receive the control and transparency he desired as a customer of multiple outsourced providers. After developing a better way for himself, Tim began helping other businesses effortlessly access premium talent and build their own teams, offshore. Thus Emapta was born!
Emapta supports its customers by sourcing, employing, and supporting talent on their behalf. Emapta provides office space, legal employment, HR, and IT support, but the customer retains day-to-day management of their employee as if they were part of their organisation.

The business serves a diverse SME to Enterprise customer base, enabling these customers to access an offshore labour force in a flexible and highly responsive manner, which traditionally would only be available via rigid outsourcing contracts to large multi-national corporations.
